After a virtual 2021 edition, IFP School's Professional Skills Module (PSM) is back on the Rueil-Malmaison campus.
Following the apprenticeship reform, the module has been completely redesigned to align as closely as possible with the schedules of the School's various programs. The module, which was previously held in January, now takes place at the end of the year over three weeks.
Tailored for the class of 2023 (continuous program) and the class of 2022 ("Bac+4" sandwich course students), this module aims to provide them with know-how and key skills about the business world and intercultural issues.
This year, the focus was on the challenges of the energy transition.
From December 1 to 21, 89 students from 8 IFP School programs worked in teams and in project mode on the following issues:
- adaptation to climate change,
- climate change mitigation and
- climate strategy of private companies.
They benefited from professional coaching throughout the module in order to present their work to a professional jury on December 21.
