Building on the experience of distance learning during the first lockdown and concerned about the support of its students, IFP School set up the "study buddies" system at the beginning of the hybrid school year last September.
Based on Bandura's social learning concept, this system of pairs of students present on campus and students taking distance courses aims to:
- - promote solidarity among students;
- - reinforce the educational links with the teachers;
- - better engage students and boost their motivation.
As the first term comes to an end, the initial feedback is very positive.
"It was encouraging to have someone in class when I was not on site. It was encouraging to be able to count on someone in class when I wasn't at the School," notes one student.
