On November 23rd, two IFP School doctoral students were honored during the annual event of the French Association of Energy Economics (FAEE).
Emma Jagu, a graduate of the research-oriented Master's program in Environmental, Energy and Transportation Economics (class of 2019) and a doctoral student in IFP School's CarMa chair, was awarded the prize for the best student paper for her publication entitled "Building CO2 infrastructures: the impact of negative emissions accounting".
The AEE awarded a second prize to Alexis Lebeau, a CIFRE doctoral student (EDF R&D, CentraleSupélec, IFP School) and graduate of the Energy and Markets program (class of 2016), for his paper entitled: "Long-term issues with the energy-only market design in the context of electricity decarbonization: insights from a system dynamics simulation model".
"These results illustrate the vitality of our School and its community," notes Olivier Massol, Professor and Scientific Advisor to the Dean of IFP School.
