Two teams of students from the Energy and Powertrains program participated in the 24th edition of the ESSEC 24-hour Karting race, which was held on May 4 and 5. It is the only 24-hour race organized in France by and for students. It takes place every year on the Racing Kart circuit in Cormeilles, near Paris.
The 2019 edition continued the success of this event, which promotes the automotive world to students. 43 teams of 6 to 10 students started this year. Our teams finished 33rd and 41st overall, with an intact sporting spirit!
"We would like to thank IFP School for their support in helping us to participate in this event, which has become a must. These 24 hours allowed us to reveal our competitive spirit while strengthening the cohesion of the class! ", says Aymeric Champion, on behalf of the 20 IFP School students who competed in the race.
