A new award for Emma Jagu, a graduate of IFP School's research-oriented Master's degree in Environment, Energy and Transport Economics, who was also a doctoral student in the CarMa chair!
Emma was awarded first prize in the "societal impact" category of the CentraleSupélec Foundation IMPACT 2022 thesis awards. This award recognises the quality of her work on decarbonisation, carried out at IFP School and which is part of the research activities promoted by the Carbon Management Chair (CarMa) on negative emission technologies. The thesis was defended on November 10 and was co-supervised by Pascal Da Costa (CentraleSupélec) and Olivier Massol, Scientific Advisor to the IFP School.
Emma's work had already been rewarded in November 2021 when she was granted the prize for the best student paper by the French Association of Energy Economists (AEE) for her publication entitled "Building CO2 infrastructures: the impact of negative emissions accounting".
The School addresses its warm congratulations to Emma!
