March 8, in honor of International Women's Rights Day, the media dedicated to the energy transition Green Univers and Andera Partners published the winners of the Women in Energy Transition Award. Among the winners is Marie Godard Pithon, a graduate of IFP School's RIG program (class of 2008) and Performance and Investment Director at the Groupe Vicat.
Since 2017, Green Universe and Andera Partners have been rewarding energy transition professionals each year based on their actions and achievements in five categories: private sector, innovation, finance, associations and public sector. Marie Godard Pithon is the winner in the "private sector" category.
"This award is for all the men and women with whom I am fortunate enough to work on a daily basis and who demonstrate unwavering motivation to develop low-carbon cements and concretes," said Marie Godard Pithon.
"This prize is finally that of the French hydrogen industry, which I am happy to serve on the board of directors of France Hydrogène. Because hydrogen is not only an energy carrier of the future, but also a molecule with tremendous potential that will play a decisive role in the decarbonization of industry, the influence of French technological know-how and France's energy independence. I hope that this award will be a source of inspiration that will encourage other women to join the industry and to commit themselves to meeting the challenge of its energy transition," she added.
IFP School congratulates her on this award!
