Ivory Coast Government
Yvory Coast is a member country of the African Union. Covering an area of 322,462 km, it is bordered to the north by Mali and Burkina Faso, to the west by Liberia and Guinea, to the east by Ghana and to the south by the Atlantic Ocean. The population is estimated at 26,594,750 in 2017. Yvory Coast's political and administrative capital is Yamoussoukro, although almost all the institutions are located in Abidjan, its main economic centre. Although its official language is French, more than 60 other dialects are spoken on a daily basis. Its currency is the CFA franc.

Angola, in long form the Republic of Angola, in Portuguese República de Angola, in kikongo Repubilika ya Ngola, is a country in southwest Africa, bordering the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Republic of Congo, Namibia and Zambia.
FONGECIF
The FONGECIF (Fonds de Gestion des Congés Individuels de Formation) is in France OPACIF (for Organisme Paritaire au titre du Congé Individuel de Formation).
In 1983, the FONGECIF, twenty-six in number, were created. In 2012, they will have 600 employees nationwide. To date, these FONGECIFs have financed more than one million professional projects. The application of the NOTRe law reduces the number of FONGECIF to 17 as from 1 January 2017.
CAMPUS FRANCE
Campus France is a French public establishment of an industrial and commercial nature, created by Act No. 2010-873 of 27 July 2010 on the State's external action, the purpose of which is to promote and promote abroad the French higher education and vocational training system
