Three IFP School students awarded at the SIA Student Challenge

Three students from IFP School's Powertrain Engineering (PWT) program were awarded prizes at the Student Challenge organized by the Society of Automotive Engineers during its annual conference held online from June 9 to 10, 2021.

First Partner Companies Evenings

IFP School’s traditional job fair, the Partner Companies Event, has evolved for its 2021 edition to become the Partner Companies Evenings. The event, which aims to bring together the School’s industrial partners, players in the energy and sustainable mobility sectors, with its students, took place from May 31st to June 11th, 2021, for the first time remotely.

2021 Honorary Patronage Ceremony

IFP School contributes to the first IAEE online conference

As a major academic partner, the Energy Economics and Management Center of the School contributed to the organization of the first online conference of the International Association for Energy Economics, which took place from June 7 to 9 on the theme “Energy, Covid and Climate Change”.

Arash Farnoosh, Associate Professor at IFP School, awarded an HDR

On June 3rd, 2021, Arash Farnoosh, Associate Professor and Supervisor of the Petroleum Economics and Management and the Executive Master of Management in Energy programs, was awarded an accreditation to supervise doctoral research (in French “Habilitation à diriger des recherches” – HDR, i.e., the highest academic qualification in France), from Paris Nanterre University for his work on energy systems*.

Field course at APTH for students in the PRO program

The 17 students enrolled in the Energy and Products (PRO) program took part in a field course on May 18 at the Creusot Technical Center of the Association for Prevention in the Transport of Hydrocarbons (APTH) in Saint-Eusèbe, Burgundy.
